Welcome to HOUSE OF VIDA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from www.houseofvida.studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time; such changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the date of the change, not to orders already confirmed.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown separately. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but confirms that we have received it. A binding sales contract is formed once we confirm shipment of your order.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal

All products sold by HOUSE OF VIDA are individually manufactured for each order using a print-on-demand process. In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured specifically for each individual order. Exchange and return of these goods for change-of-mind reasons is therefore excluded.

7. Defective, Damaged or Misprinted Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, or an item that does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can process your claim with our production partner. To process your claim, we will typically ask for a photo clearly showing the issue along with the product's ID tag.

Where a claim is accepted, we will provide a free reprint or replacement of the affected item. Refunds of the purchase price are excluded for valid claims; a reprint or replacement is the agreed remedy. Textile sizing is not standardized, and minor variations of up to 5% from stated measurements, printing position tolerances, small marks, or minor imperfections typical of the printing process are not considered defects.

This 14-day window is a goodwill arrangement for reporting visible issues promptly; it does not limit your statutory warranty rights under Section 8 below.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from HOUSE OF VIDA in accordance with applicable German and EU law, regardless of the timeframe set out in Section 7.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, and other creative content featured on our products and website are the original work of HOUSE OF VIDA and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These designs are provided solely for your personal use as embodied in the physical product you purchase. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, or otherwise use our designs for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

HOUSE OF VIDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
